Description of WorkThis project involved the construction of a new Level on an existing 2 storey commercial premises in the CBD of Liverpool. Additionally, the Ground Floor foyer and part of Level 1 were refurbished to accommodate five new tenancies. The work not only required major structural alterations to accommodate the extended floor but also involved the removal and upgrading of existing services including the installation of a Lift and access stairs – all while GF & L1 were tenant occupied. |
