SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

We currently seek a Professional Project Manager who has a proven track record on building refurbishment projects $5.0m - $15.0m

This role will suit a Project Manager who is a team leader, well versed in managing quality refurbishment work typically in hotels and clubs through all phases of implementation - budgeting & financial control, engaging & managing relationships with subcontractors, and partnering with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Candidates should have at least 5 years experience in Project Management within the construction industry and must have had exposure to a wide range of responsibilities.

To be considered you will require:

  • A thorough & proven understanding of budgeting, cost reporting & financial control of construction work.
  • Programming experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with Site Staff, Company Management, Clients and Consultants.
  • Strong understanding of Industrial Relations, OH+S and QA in Building Projects.

PROJECT MANAGER

We currently seek a Professional mid tier Project Manager who has worked on medium sized commercial building projects ($2.0m - $5.0m).

The ideal candidate will have a degree background and a high level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. You will also have experience in:

  • Liaising with clients, site staff, sub-contractors and suppliers on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring company procedures for OH+S, QA and programmed subcontract and material procurement are adhered to.
  • Co-ordinate the flow of information and documentation between the Administration, Design and Construction teams.
  • Contract administration activities, including documentation, variations, extensions of time, progress claims and final accounts.
  • Procurement of all subcontracts and for all subcontract administration.
  • Preparation of project cost reports and forecasts each month.

The role would suit both established Project Managers and Contract Administrators / Assistant Project Managers looking for an opportunity to further their career into Project Management.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

This role would suit a CA with some years experience looking for an opportunity to further their career into Project Management. .

  • Preparing Work Scope packages for sub-contract & supplier pricing.
  • Evaluating quotations and formulating recommendations for PM acceptance.
  • Drafting Sub-contract and Supply Agreements.
