Description of Work

Extensive redevelopment of existing industrial site. Demolish saw-tooth roof over 2000m2 warehouse and reconstruct with 8.0m high bay warehouse. Construct new 1000m2 office building. Fitout office building to tenant requirements. Extensive siteworks - concrete roadways and hardstand areas, dock canopies, sprinkler storage tank and pump house, carparking and landscaping.
