Description of WorkThe project involved the demolition of the existing bar, members lounge and most of the south wall of the existing club. A new bar and terrace were constructed on the south side of the club with access from the Members Lounge / New TAB including a childrens's playground and games room. Additional external amenities and a decorative screen wall were provided to the new terrace design which also comprised a large outdoor tiled area and Jarrah timber decking with a combination of metal roof, shade sails and landscaping for protection. A carpark is also provided adjacent to the outdoor terrace. |
