Description of WorkDemolition of existing bowling club, construction of new club including all associated facilities, services and external works. The club includes foyer, lounge, dining, gaming and administration areas on GF level inclusive of bar, kitchen and service areas. An extensive terrace area overlooking the bowling greens is open to the panoramic lounge. LGF areas house bowlers' locker areas and plant space. |
