Description of Work

We are refurbishing the accommodation 340 suites, over 15 floors in a staging of 4 floors per cycle. We have also been engaged to refurbish the L1 Ballroom and Function Rooms as a parallel construction project. This will see the complete refurbishment of the hotel [internal] with exception of Ground Floor foyer, restaurant & bar areas which are currently "on the drawing board". The project involves all aspects of the accommodation refurbishment - from demolition to new mechanical installation and everything from plastering & tiling to curtains, beds, loose furniture and linen.
