Description of WorkTotal refurbishment of Level 1 - Hyde Park Inn, Elizabeth Street, Sydney for use as a multi purpose Conference Centre including board room, seminar & conference rooms complete with bar, kitchen, toilet and business centre for hotel guests. Housekeeping facilities to be upgraded. Elizabeth Street façade upgrade, with glass canopy replacing existing entry canopy at ground level. Level 2 hotel guest lounge with refurbishment of existing stairwell GF - L2 to assist with conference delegate access. |
