Description of WorkReconfiguring and refurbishment of the existing library building to offer a more user friendly environment to both students and staff over both levels of the Library. Works involved internal strip out of the existing ceiling and reception desk and some partitions. The construction works involved installing new glazed partitions to the Staff Area and Group Study Rooms. Electrical services were revised and updated to suit the new computer station layout. Mechanical services were also revised and updated to suit the new partition layout. New carpet, joinery, signage, doors and blinds were installed along with a fresh coat of paint to finish off the project. |
